Alcohol Reduction

Alcohol consumption often builds up over time, partly because our body can build up a tolerance to alcohol, meaning you need more alcohol to get the same effects. Initially, one glass of wine in the evening has the effect of making you feel relaxed and tipsy. Over time you find you need 2, 3 or more glasses to get the same effect. Over time this can build up to such a level you can become dependent on alcohol. This is because alcohol is an addictive drug.

Hypnotherapy alcohol reduction can help you gain control and reframe your relationship with alcohol. We work with your emotional subconscious mind to find the underlying emotional driver and create new healthy habits using a trance state. People often find that once the emotional driver isn't there, they no longer drink alcohol for the same reason. They can cut back or stop drinking entirely.

Clients report that they feel more in control of their drinking habits after having hypnotherapy. Their sleep improves, and they no longer find themselves waking in the early hours of the morning feeling anxious and thirsty.
