Confidence/Low Self-esteem

Low confidence and low self-esteem often develop in childhood. The environment we grow up in, parents, siblings, teachers, friends, and the media all play a part in moulding who we become as adults. Along with our personality traits, they all mould our beliefs about ourselves and others.

The effects of low self-esteem can mean we hide from life. Avoiding social situations passing up job promotions or new experiences because we believe we can't cope.

Long term, this can affect a person's mental health and wellbeing. A person may introduce unhelpful or unhealthy coping mechanisms such as drinking alcohol to excess to cope with situations or comfort eating to push down unwanted emotions.

Hypnotherapy can help you to remove negative beliefs you have about yourself. Helping you to become more confident, assertive, and genuine sense of self-worth.

Using hypnosis, I can help you recognise the skills and resources you already have and create new positive beliefs.

Empowering you to confident and shine.
